Therefore, the participants are enabled to plan and determine their pricing based on clear premises.
The homologation of any given company according to the terms mentioned below doesn't imply that IHARA is compelled to invite it to take part of and/or contract it for any process related to the supply of any product or service.
IHARA's objective is to expand the vendor list no matter the company size, provided that they are able to offer their product or service in compliance with the determined needs and specifications.
In order to protect the rights of the parties, IHARA adopts purchase formalization by means of a purchase order, and whenever applicable, a contract based on the Code of Conduct, Beliefs and Principles focused on the law in effect, operational, technical and commercial qualifications and business sustainability.
IHARA does not purchase products or services from suppliers that are known to explore child labor and maintain workers in inhumane working conditions. If there is any evidence of involvement with such circumstances, the vendor will be considered to be in breach of contract. The latter is a standard clause of the company's contract and an essential part of the company Beliefs and Principles.
In order to become a IHARA supplier, the vendor must meet the minimum requirements described below. After the receipt of the information regarding these criteria, a detailed financial, administrative and technical assessment is performed.
Supplier qualification is based on the requested information related to environmental, health, safety and quality issues.
The companies that don't meet the criteria or work in disagreement with IHARA's Purchase and Beliefs and Principles are discredited and prevented from partaking in new purchase processes.
We value human rights, the environment and we promote economic development because we believe that growth, prosperity and aggregating values to investments and into the society we dwell in are essential.
Suppliers, in our definition, are those that share the same concerns and commitments to the environment where they live.

• Registration File;
• ASO (Occupational Health Certificate);
• Integration with participation registry in IHARA SSMAQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) Integration.
The main objective of IHARA Supplier Assessment System is to identify potential suppliers/partners who have appropriate operational and control systems.
The supplier is generally and particularly evaluated during material delivery, in order to determine conformity with this process. All suppliers start with about 1,700 points. As deliveries occur, the number of points may vary; the lower the index, the better the performance of the supplier. If any anomaly is found during and/or after receipt, the supplier must respond a Notification of Non-Conformity in the IHARA Integrated Management System in compliance with PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Act).
